Add a login page

It would be great to have the possibility to add a login page to Etherpad lite, in order to have a nicer way for users to authenticate rather than plain basic authentication, for those scenarios in which Etherpad is not embedded into other web apps that take care of that.
It should be something simple to achieve using passport-local, but I'm not a NodeJS expert and I couldn't find anything ready-to-go to achieve this.
