The test environment keeps disconnecting.

The test environment keeps disconnecting. I am unable to test the application. I have tried different documents and tried reconnecting. Not sure if there is a specific reason why this is happening. I am on an older version of FF and IE8 (that doesn't work at all). At home, I will be able to test on more modern browsers. Is the disconnect error specific to the browser versions or? Thanks!
