Add a hook to add an export

The idea is to create a server-side hook to improve export formats.
If an organization wants to propose a new export for theses users, it avoid to modify system files like "src/node/handler/ExportHandler.js".
And with a client-side hook, the new format will be available in the "import/export" panel.
