Ability to add anchors

I think it would be good to have anchors in pads, so one could just link to a specific point in the text (e.g.http://beta.etherpad.org/p/test#foo). Linking specific lines would also be a possibility, but i think that is too static.

Make Pads printable without exporting them.

If you want to print out a pad you've to export it first. IT would be useful to be able to print it straight from the browser.

Guidelines to running etherpad in production

Settings are in settings.json and cover specific settings for how to run in production. For the most part Etherpad is geared up for production but you will want to set your environment variables accordingly :)

When you install etherpad and enable authentication and sessions. If you then want to login, you have no permission to write to pads, because cookies are not set.
